By becoming a SuperHeroes of Web client or using superheroesofweb.com, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. Please carefully read these terms of service. Intellectual Property Rights

Refund Policy Requirements
It’s our goal to provide a quality service for our customers and ensure that you have a good experience with SuperHeroes of the Web. We won’t bill you if you do not like the product. You can send your design for revision 3 times, and even after that, you don’t like we won’t bill you. We will add credits back to your account for that project. You can use these credits to avail other services from us. These are the requirements to qualify for the refund policy. In case of bigger projects involving 10 or more credits the revision request needs to be made while the first draft is presented. Post first draft approval/ feedback request, the refund request will not be considered. Refund may be rejected if more than 10 hours worth value is spent on the project already.SuperHeroes of the Web may, at its discretion, grant your organization permission to use materials on this Site. User Representation
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that the following information is true, accurate, current, and complete:
- All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
- You will keep such information accurate and will promptly update such registration information as needed.

User Registration
It is possible that you will be required to register with the Site. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you choose if we determine that it is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.

Your Uploaded Content
“Your Content” includes any text, documents, PDFs, images, videos, or files that you upload to our server or send via email. All materials and content submitted to us in the course of creating your design request or project remain your property. You are held 100% liable for all content submitted and its use in the completed design. When we use your content, we do not conduct any copyright, trademark, or license research. What you provide will be used as-is, and you will be held liable for the published work SuperHeroes of the Web returns to you. We pay considerable attention to the nature of the projects that come our way, but Superheroes of web will not be liable if the project sent to us or any uploaded document does not meet the law of the land either for the client’s country or for the country where work is done or used.
Fees and Refunds
You agree to pay the monthly fees specified during registration in full each month prior to SuperHeroes of the Web providing any services under this Agreement. You also agree to authorize SuperHeroes of the Web to charge your payment method on each anniversary of your registration date, based on your billing frequency (e.g. monthly, quarterly, annually). In the event that applicable fees are not paid, your account and access to services and files may be suspended. You represent and warrant to SuperHeroes of the Web that the billing information is correct and up to date and that you have the authority to make the payment.
You have the option to cancel our services at any time. We will keep your logins and account active after cancellation so that you can access all previously submitted files until the end of your current billing period. SuperHeroes of the Web reserves the right to change our prices and offerings at any time and without notice.

Releasing Completed Work
We hold ourselves to a high standard of delivery and would never intentionally send you final files that contained errors. However, if you do receive a file with errors, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to make the necessary changes and re-submit the file to you. SuperHeroes of the Web is not liable for any business or revenue loss caused by errors in our design files. Please double-check the design before ordering a print or finalizing for marketing purposes.
Confidentiality
All correspondence between you and any SuperHeroes of the Web representative is kept strictly confidential. We will not share your personal information or project details with unauthorized users.
Third-Party Websites and Content
Superheroes of the Web has not reviewed or approved all of the websites that are linked to its Internet site. Superheroes of the Web is not liable for the content of any linked websites. Third-Party Links do not imply endorsement by Superheroes of the Web. Please use your best judgment and discretion when using such links.

Didn’t like what we made? No worries. You can send your designs for three revisions. After the third revision, credits worth the service will automatically be debited from your account.
Once redeemed, there will be no refund of credits under any circumstances.
This is a special Christmas deal. Therefore, once you exhaust your fast credits, there will be no refill with any more regular credits.
